At the helm of his company, DoxaDigital, Viktor has grown not only as a practitioner but also as a leader and entrepreneur. Over the years he has realised that the heart of his work lies not just in data and technology, but in people. He now manages teams, serves clients, handles operational and regulatory matters (Yeah.. including TAX), and nurtures a business culture that builds individuals through business, transforming raw potential into growth.

Sharing knowledge and teaching others are core to Viktor’s mission. As a mentor, he believes that every time he teaches someone else, he also pushes himself to learn, upgrade, and adapt. This mindset of continuous improvement strengthens both his own capabilities and those of the people around him.

Grounded in his Christian faith, Viktor approaches his work and life with integrity, service and gratitude. His Chinese-Indonesian (Chindo) heritage shapes his values of hard work, honesty, community, and family.
